This week sees the launch of the new-look WebWorks.com Web site. On the services side we have also launched the most comprehensive maintenance program yet offered for our products.
Interest in the RoundUp Conference continues to grow with the program schedule now complete. We are delighted to be joined by representatives of companies such as Dell, Xerox, Symantec and more. We look forward to seeing you in Austin in November for two days that will increase your product knowledge, give you the opportunity to ask lots of questions, and of course offer a chance to network and have some fun too.
And look out for another major announcement from WebWorks soon.

There is even more content in development, so check back regularly for updates and additions to the new WebWorks.com.
Every page on the new-look WebWorks.com site carries a Made With the ePublisher Platform button and logo. Yes, we used our own products to build this site. Content was written in a mix of FrameMaker, MS-Word, and a selection of DITA authoring tools by contributors from across the company. The ePublisher Platform was then used to combine that content and deliver HTML pages predefined to conform with the new appearance and layout.
As part of our growing and continuing commitment to provide our customers with the best possible service, WebWorks.com is pleased to announce the creation of a brand-new Full-Service Maintenance Program for the ePublisher Platform.
The new Full-Service Maintenance Program will give participants an unprecedented level of support and access never before offered for any ePublisher products.
On July 6 Quadralay Corporation celebrated the 15th anniversary of its incorporation. Since the very beginning Quadralay has been involved in many different aspects of online delivery and Internet infrastructure. Quadralay was one of the original commercial licensees of NCSA Mosaic, and was an early pioneer of the World Wide Web and its related technologies. Ever since, we've remained passionate about applying Internet technologies and ePublishing solutions to help our customers achieve their business goals.
If you've ever wondered where "Quadralay" came from, our most excellent name was chosen when our founder found himself sitting among a pile of hard drives and corn chips: Quadra hard drives, and Frito-Lay corn chips!
As you may already be aware our partners at Adobe Systems recently announced the launch of FrameMaker 8.0. Many of our customers have been asking if they will be able to use ePublisher with the new version of FrameMaker. The WebWorks.com and Adobe teams continue to work together to make sure that ePublisher is an essential component in FrameMaker-based multi-channel publishing solution. The WebWorks team has been working with FrameMaker 8.0 since early in the Beta development phase. We continue to work with it in our test suite. Once we are confident that the transition to FM8 for existing ePublisher customers can be made with minimum impact, we will announce a release schedule on our Web site and in our newsletter.
On July 24 we will be teaming with our partners at JustSystems for a special webinar on Using DITA for UA: Multi-Channel Publishing Made Easy.

By moving to the structured architecture provided by DITA, you can improve your content-development process and take advantage of the flexibility that XML source allows for multi-channel publishing.
In this webinar, we will discuss the advantages of moving to DITA for delivering UA content to multiple formats, audiences, and languages. Attend this session to learn:
