"THE WORKS" - March 2007

Welcome to the latest issue of THE WORKS, the Quadralay Newsletter. I'd like to start off by thanking everyone for the massive interest being shown in our new DITA adapter for the ePublisher platform. The feedback we have received has reinforced that with ePublisher our customers and partners can fully focus on publishing feature rich on-line content independent of the original authoring environment. Due to the interest being shown in the DITA solution we have decided to extend our series of DITA webinars through April and you will find the new dates below. If you haven't yet attended one of these sessions, I would recommend registering as soon as possible as space is limited.

We are also continuing to plan the events and sessions for RoundUp 2007, the WebWorks conference scheduled for November in Austin, TX. This month we would like to ask your help to make sure that we present the best sessions covering subjects that you want to learn more about. We have set up a on-line survey listing 24 potential topic items and we are asking our customers to rank them based on level of interest. We will then select the most popular sessions to be included on the finalized conference schedule. You can find the on-line survey HERE.

Our mission is to help you deliver:

Your Content. Your Way. Every Time.

WebWorks RoundUp Logo
Remember, Remember the 5th of November.

Planning for RoundUp 2007, the first WebWorks User Conference continues. With interest in the event building we now have:

  • An official conference logo that will be featured on all future conference materials as well as on an exclusive t-shirt that will only be available to registered attendees.
  • We've set up a dedicated webpage for all the latest conference information. Make sure to check in on a regular basis for all the latest information on the conference.
  • We are also pleased to announce that leading Austin Beatles tribute band, Day Tripper, will be joining us at the Quadralay-sponsored reception on Sunday November 4. Day Tripper plays a selection of music from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Chuck Berry.

We are currently planning the sessions for the WebWorks conference track.

In order to make sure that we present the sessions that you want, we would like your input on which of the proposed WebWorks sessions you would be most interested in attending.

We have published a list of 24 topics that we believe our customers would find useful.

The list can be found HERE and we would encourage you to check them out and indicate your interest in each topic.

The survey will be active for a month and next month we will announce which topics our customers have selected to be included on the conference program.

Don’t forget that early registration by phone or e-mail is available and that the early-bird registration fee of $695 is only available until the end of May.
