"THE WORKS" - May 2007

Welcome to the latest issue of THE WORKS, the Quadralay Newsletter. This month the Quadralay team will be at the STC Annual Summit in Minneapolis where we will introducing a new look and making some important announcements. We look forward to meeting many of our customers there, so please feel free to stop by Booth #200 to find out more.

Due to demand we will be holding two more of our popular DITA webinars this month. These will be followed by the first in a new series of webinars for ePublisher users. Kicking off the series will be a webinar on Context Sensitive Help.

This topic will also be discussed at RoundUp 2007 in November. If you haven't yet reserved your place for the conference, I would recommend you do so quickly as the early bird registration pricing offer only lasts until the end of May and hotel rooms are going fast.

As part of our continuing commitment to improved Customer Service, we have been working hard on building a new Knowledge Based Customer Support Portal, and are pleased to announce that it is now operational. If you haven't yet done so, I recommend that you register to take advantage of this new service as soon as possible.

Your Content. Your Way. Every Time.

Quadralay Introduces New Knowledge Base Support System

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the customer support experience Quadralay has recently introduced a new support system designed to make finding answers to common questions quicker and easier than ever before. Fronting this new system is a new Customer Service Portal that is backed by a growing Knowledge Base that will allow you to search for solutions before submitting a support request.

Before you can access the new Customer Service Portal, you will need to register with us. Once we have received your registration request, you will be contacted within one business day by a Quadralay Support Representative to confirm you have access.

Note to existing support users: To log a new case, you must also register with the new system as it is independent of the old system, which will be gradually phased out. To view details of a case submitted prior to April 19, 2007, please check existing cases in the old system. Thank you for your help and patience as we make this transition.
