Services and Support Update

Description

The WebWorks team deliver more than just products. We also offer Training, Consulting and Custom Development services. The session will give attendees an overview of some of the projects our services team has undertaken for various customers based on the flexibility of the ePublisher Platform. The presentation will also spotlight some of the changes we have made in our support process over the last year and unviel some new projects that will be impelmented in the coming months to further enhance the WebWorks.com customer experience.

About the Speaker

Alan J. Porter is the VP-Operations at Quadralay which basically means that my team looks after most of the customer facing activities such as Sales, Marketing, Services, Support and Training. I've been with Quadralay just a short while (in fact I celebrated my first year with the company during RoundUp), but have spent more than twenty years in the Corporate Publishing world as technical writer, editor, tech pubs manager, consultant as well as holding senior management positions at several publishing software vendors.
