Four layers, one pipeline. The source format, the publishing engine, the AI infrastructure, and the published experience โ each is a product you can adopt on its own, and every layer interoperates with the rest.
Plain text simplicity. Professional publishing power.
Markdown++ is an open documentation format built on CommonMark. It adds professional publishing features โ conditional content, variables, file includes, custom styling, structured cross-references โ through extensions that are invisible to standard Markdown renderers. Every Markdown++ file is a valid Markdown file, so the source stays portable, diffable, and AI-friendly. The 1.0 specification is open under the MIT license.

ePublisher is the deterministic publishing engine at the center of the pipeline. Author in Markdown++, Word, FrameMaker, or DITA and publish every output format from one source project โ modern web, print, digital book, in-app help โ with the AI-ready Knowledge Base archive generated automatically on every Reverb 2.0 build.

WebWorks Platform is the cloud service behind the AI Assistant. Teams configure Assistants, give them knowledge โ a website imported from its sitemap, files they upload, or the Knowledge Base ePublisher generates โ and test every answer in Preview before it goes live. Fresh per-query retrieval, answers that show their work, and no end-user accounts.
Discover PlatformOne line of script. Grounded answers from your site.
The AI Assistant installs on any website with one script tag and answers from the pages Platform imports from your site, linking only to pages it has seen and listing the ones it used. It is also built into Reverb 2.0 help, as the Reverb Assistant. No ePublisher needed to start.
Meet the AI AssistantPublished help, with the Reverb Assistant built in.
Reverb 2.0 is ePublisher's flagship web output โ a responsive HTML5 helpset with full-text search, WAI-ARIA accessibility, and deep-linkable topics, hosted wherever you already host your documentation. Turn on the Reverb Assistant and readers get a chat panel in the Reverb Menu that answers in depth from your own published documentation, runs a fresh retrieval for every question, and cites the topics each answer came from.
Explore Reverb 2.0Skill up your team on the WebWorks pipeline.
Instructor-led courses on the tools your team ships with: ePublisher fundamentals, advanced Stationery and target configuration, and Reverb 2.0 customization. Ninety minutes to two hours each, taught by the people who build the products.
