ePublisher Support Programs

ePublisher Subscription Program

The ePublisher Subscription program enables more users than ever before to experience the power of the ePublisher Platform with confidence. The Subscription program makes ePublisher available to you on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model for a low monthly cost. You subscription includes all the benefits associated with our ePublisher License Maintenance program without the associated product licensing costs.

The ePublisher Subscription program includes:

  • All product releases available during your license period.
    • 6 month contracts.
    • 12 month contracts.
    • Month-to-Month extensions available.
  • Standard Support
    • 24x7 Wiki access.
    • Unlimited Support incidents (no more than two (2) active at once).
    • 8x5 case resolution activity (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Central, excluding holidays).
    • Submit projects for analysis
    • Remote diagnostics via online conferencing and/or phone as deemed necessary by the WebWorks Support Team
  • Invitation to participate in Beta release programs
  • Invitation to participate in WebWorks customer focus forums

ePublisher License Maintenance Program

The ePublisher License Maintenance program is the low-cost way to keep your publishing workflow running smoothly. With access to a full year of product updates and our trained Support staff, the ePublisher License Maintenance program helps you take full advantage of your ePublisher investment.

The ePublisher License Maintenance program includes:

  • One year of product releases.
  • One year of standard support
    • 24x7 Wiki access.
    • Unlimited Support incidents (no more than two (2) active at once).
    • 8x5 case resolution activity (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Central, excluding holidays).
    • Submit projects for analysis.
    • Remote diagnostics via online conferencing and/or phone as deemed necessary by the WebWorks Support Team.
